Divvy/Disputing Transactions

From the website

  • From the Transactions page, select the transaction wanting to dispute.
  • Select
    Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination
    on the Transactions details and click Dispute transaction.

  • Select Dispute type:
    • Fraud
    • Discrepancy
Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination

Fraud:

  • Select Cancel Card and Continue. (Card will be terminated)
    • Physical card: order new one.
    • Virtual card: delete the card and create a new one.

*Note: It may take up to 90 days for dispute to be reviewed. After a resolution has been made, fraud specialist will contact you.

Discrepancy:

  • Choose dispute type.


**Note: Before disputing transaction, it is recommended to contact the merchant first to resolve the discrepancy issue.

  • Fill out questionnaire form (please be detailed) and click submit.

From the mobile app

  • On the Transactions page, select the transaction wanting to dispute.
  • Click on three dots

    and select Dispute transaction.

  • Select Fraud or Discrepancy.
