Merchant Account Information
The following instructions are to set up your bank account in sports connect to collect region fees from parents. If you don’t do this step you will not be able to charge a division fee.
Note: If you want to set up paying for background checks please go to the following wiki: Activate Region Payments to Sterling
Update/enter the bank information in Sports Connect.
Login to Sports Connect
In the blue Tool Bar click on Registration, then click on Settings.
Please look at the image, next to Registration Settings is a faded section "Payment Settings". Click on Payment Settings.
Click on Merchant Account Information.
Complete the Merchant Account Information
Merchant Account Information:
- Organization Name: Enter the Region’s Region XXXX
- Account Type: Click on Checking
- Who do you bank with: Enter the Region’s bank name
- What’s the full name on your account: Enter AYSO Region XXXX
- Routing Number: 123456789
- Account Number: 1234567890
- Employer Identification Number (EIN): 95-6205398
Continue with completing the Merchant Account Information
Merchant Account Contact Information
- Account Contact First Name: Joe
- Account Contact Last Name: Smith
- Account Contact Date of Birth: Leave Blank
- Last Four Digits of Social Security Number: Leave Blank
- Email Address: joe.smith@gmail.com
- Phone Number: 123.123.4567
- Street Address: Enter the Region’s mailing address
- City: Torrance
- State: CA
- Zip Code: 90502
Consent
If everything is correct, check the box on the left-hand side next to: I agree to the merchant account terms of service and legal terms.
Click on Save.
